North London rapper, Little Simz follows up her critically-acclaimed second album, ‘Stillness In Wonderland’, with her brand new album, ‘The GREY Area’.

Known for her slighlty leftield spaced out futuristic hip-hop vibe, ‘The GREY Area’ sees King Simbi come a litte more  direct and close to the center, while  maintaining a her identity. Her trademark rapid fire rhymes remain, as she vents about men not giving her respect  as an MC, on ‘Offence’.  She gets deep on ‘Wounds’ which details the struggles of young men caught in the cycle of violence on ‘wounds’ which features Chronixx, who  collaborated with on her previous album. Navigating the world as a young adult in their twenties, which Little Simz describes as ‘The GREY Area’ is the theme which of course details Lost loves and failed relationships.

The musicality on the album as a whole is at high-level, soulful in parts and quite an easy listen. The ten-track project features the likes of; Chronixx, Cleo Sol, Little Dragon and Michael Kiwan, with Production duties handled by; Astronote, Inflo & Sigurd.
