Another Legend Gone: The underrated Legend Cadet Passes Away In A Car Crash Aged 28
South London rapper Cadet, cousin of fellow UK Rap star Krept has sadly died following a car accident while on his way to a performance.
Taking to his official Instagram profile before turning his account private, Cadet‘s family shared the unfortunate news that he had passed away as a result of a car crash that involved a taxi he had been travelling in to a show.
In a statement the family said: ‘We the family of Blaine Cameron Johnson otherwise known as Cadet (Underrated Legend) would like to share the sad news that during the early hours of February 9, 2019 he passed away as a passenger in a taxi, on route to a performance.”
“Right now we he family appreciate your patience and will share with you any information as and when we can. Thanks for your support in advance. Love The Johnson Family.”
The whole UK urban scene has been reacting to the news of the gipset rapper’s untimely death, lead by Cadet‘s cousin expressing his heartbreak stating:

Deno Driz who cadet collaborated with Cadet on the hit single, ‘Advice’ the stated in the caption to his instagram post:

We just went silver, we just won awards together, we had one of the biggest UK hits last year and we were put onto the Wireless line up. I can’t believe this fr man. The family have decided to pay tribute to Cadet by having a gathering at Hyde Park tomorrow Sunday, February 10, 2019 stating at 3PM, have opened the invitation to anyone who would like to join them and pay their respect.
