Pay As U Go and Roll Deep-member, DJ Target congratulated his childhood friend saying: “So proud of my brother @WileyUpdates receiving an MBE. Absolutely Amazing”, while MC CASSisDEAD wrote: “Congratulations…huge moment for you and all of us.”
The MBE comes after the release of his autobiography, ‘Wiley: Eskiboy’ detailing his early life, and his journey music. The book includes feature lyrics, never-before-seen photographs and contributions from the people who know him best.
Vowing to put an end to making albums, Wiley saw his latest album, ‘Godfather’ go to No. #9 in the UK Official Album Charts, making it his first top 10 album.
