My Mind And Me – A Discussion About =MentalHealth: Twin B (@TwinB) Nolay (@OfficialNolay), Rapman (@RealRapman) Mim Shaikh  (@MimShaikh_)

BBC 1Xtra & the BBC Asian Network held a discussion covering everything from being able to open up about our own mental health to supporting friends with mental health problems, and challenging stigma and discrimination. On the panel were Twin B, NoLay, Adam Deacon, Mim Sheikh.
