Skepta (@Skepta) Wins ‘Best International Act (UK)’ At The BET Awards 2016
North London Grime MC/producer Skepta will have to make more space on the mantel piece, as he has just won ‘Best International Act (UK) at the BET Awards which took place last night.
He beat of stiff competition from fellow Brits Kano, Tinie Tempah, Krept And Konan, Stormzy, and Lianne La Havas to win the award. With two MOBOS a BET Award , as well as a top 10 Album to his name Skepta‘s stock is bound to rise even further, with labels clambering over each other to get his signature on a contract.
This another great achievement which is sure to inspire the next generation of UK MCs.
