Stormzy NTHD One Million Views WM

South London MC,  Stormzy has another cause for celebration as the video for his track,  ‘Not That Deep’  breaks through the one million views mark on the YouTube, and at the time of writing this article,  had reached 1,002, 978 views.

Stormzy had a great 2014, releasing his debut EP ‘Dreamers Disease’, of which  ‘Not That Deep’, was taken from.  He also made history twice; being the first unsigned artist to perform on Jools Holland’s Live Lounge, and the first artist to win a MOBO Award for ‘Best Grime Act’.

The video for ‘Not That Deep’, was uploaded to YouTube on July, 20, 2014,  on Stormyz‘s own channel, which makes this achievement even more remarkable,  as most videos are placed on the big three media channels, with a large number of subscribers. The video for ‘Not That Deep’ has accumulated over a million views, in 274 days, with an average of 3, 661 views per day (1,002,978 /274).

Following his success in 2014, Stormzy released his most recent single ‘Know Me From’ on March 8, narrowly missing out on a Top 40 hit, when it entered the UK Official Single Chart at No. 49. Currently the Wicked Skeng Man is performing around the UK, and has announced dates for his mini-tour in October (view dates here).

Congratulations Stormzy
