While Grime may not have died, it definitely had a resurgence over the last 18 – 24 months. Most recently the scene ignited into flames when North London MC Chip, appeared on Charlie Sloth‘s ‘Fire In The Booth’ an got some stuff off his chest. He took aim at Tinie Tempah who he claims was taking shots at him in his ‘Fire In The Booth freestyle a year earlier. Following Chip‘s ‘Fire In The Booth’ a came a lot of commentary and criticism, most notably from Big Narstie & Bugzy Malone, who both addressed Chip in their respective ‘Fire In The Booth’ sessions. What took place next was series of war dubs that went back and forth. We decided to get the public’s opinion of the various tracks going around and started a poll: “Who has the best diss track?”. After two weeks of voting, we no now present the results above.
