Fresh from backing up Kanye West on stage at the Brit Awards this week, South London Grime MC, Stormzy took some time out his busy schedule to hook up with Hot 97 DJ  Peter Rosengberg.

Last month Rosenberg took to social media to confirm that he would co-headline Blueprint Hip-Hop festival of Arts, taking place tomorrow, (Saturday, February 28) in east London.

He then followed up this tweet a few hours later, with a second directed at Stormzy which said :” I See You”, which to most people translated that he is acknowledging that he is aware of him and his music.

Youth broadcaster SBTV caught up with Peter Rosengberg on his initial quick visit to the UK. During the interview they showed him a few videos of UK rappers; Stormzy, Wretch 32, and J2k, which he said he liked.

So will the meeting of Peter Rosenberg and one the UK leading MCs  result in some sort of collaboration or Stormzy‘s music being played on Hot 97? Who knows, only time will tell, but it definitely looks like the Atlantic gap is becoming smaller
