Hollowman Giggs (@OfficialGiggs) offers donation to stabbed- doorman unable to work over Christmas.
South London rapper, Giggs has offered a donation to a doorman who was stabbed following a live appearance at a club in Wales earlier this month.
According to reports from wales online the incident took place at DC, a popular night spot in Cardiff, on Sunday, December 7 in the early hours of the morning, when a man allegedly lit up a rolled-up cigarette believed to have contained an illegal substance, as he was leaving the club. The doorman tried to stop a man from smoking, and subsequently was attacked.
Police were called to the scene at approximately 03.51 am on Sunday, December 7, where they questioned Giggs who was quickly cleared of any involvement.
Speaking with the Welsh online publication, owner of the DC club , Mr Richard Jackson is quoted a saying:”CCTV we have in the venues was accurate and you could see he [Giggs]was not involved.”, he also went stated that he was contacted by the UK rap star, who expressed his disgust at what had taken place.
The 28-year-old bouncer, who was working security firm Opus, is believed to have received treatment at the University Hospital of Wales, and now home recovering from his injuries but is unable to work over the Christmas period.
It is understood that the south London MC who came to prominence in the UK Hip-Hop scene following dropping his, ‘Talking The Hardest” freestyle in 2007, has offered a donation as a goodwill gesture.
Giggs released his mixtape, “Str8 Murkin” Mixtape in August this year, which is to be followed by a documentary of the same name.
