Pre-orders push Charlie Sloth’s (@CharlieSloth) – ‘Hood Heat Vol. 1’ to No #24 on iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap chart

BBC Radio One & 1xtra DJ, Charlie Sloth‘s highly-anticipated compilation album ‘Hood Heat vol 1’  is currently available for pre-order on iTunes, and at the time of writing this article had hit No #24 on the iTunes Hip-Hop /Rap Chart.

Due for official release on December 8, ‘Hood Heat Vol .1’ brings together the best of UK Rap and Grime, and puts it alongside some of the biggest Hip-Hop tracks from U.S.  The lead track ‘Look like Ft. JMC, Jadakiss & Stormzy’ has been well-received, and has been followed by the Naughty Boy-produced, ‘Do it Big Ft Ghetts, Bashy, J Spades’.

Earlier today Charlie Sloth launched http://www.hoodheatmixpad.com, which is an online feature that allows users to take samples of the songs featured on the compilation,  and add sound effects to create a unique thirty-second mix, that can be downloaded to a mobile phone, or shared via social media.
