BRITHOPTV: [Music News] Fame Music launches Global Rap Superstar Competition | #MusicNews #HipHop #Rap

Following their wildly successful World Electronic Music Contest in Summer 2014, Fame Music presents a brand new hip-hop music competition… Global Rap Superstar.

An all-star line-up of Hip Hop Artists and Music Producers have joined the movement to help find the next big thing.

Names include super producer Damon Elliott, (P!NK, Mya, Destiny’s Child, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony) multiplatinum producer Battlecat, (Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Xzibit) legendary female rapper MC Lyte, Naughty by Nature’s Treach, as well as underground hip hop sensation Hopsin.

The winner of the competition will be flown to Las Vegas, USA, and record a track at the Palms Studio with Damon Elliott and hip hop sensation Hopsin. In addition to the single, the artist will shoot a music video and perform the track live at an event in Los Angeles, California.

From October 30th hopeful contenders will be asked to upload one original track and a 30 second video to Fame Music where users vote for their favourite track, before 15 finalists are chosen. The winner will be announced on December 15th after votes are recorded by both the public, and the professional panel.

As an upcoming rapper or hip hop artist, this is a once in a life time opportunity and we definitely recommend entering.

Offering a new way to connect with music & media professionals and share new sounds from around the world, Fame is a completely free to use, innovative platform, and part of the Fame Group; designed to bring the world’s creative communities together.
