Commentary
The MOBO Awards which has been heavily criticised in the past, and likely to continue to receive criticism. Last nights affair was a bitter sweet moment for those involved in black music in the UK.
Many will be proud of the fact that UK artist from the genres of grime, and hip-hop are now being recognised, being put on a platform, and are now the stars of the show, but may feel let down by the poor production of the event, which suffered from poor sound, dull crowd, drunkeness, and presenters who looked and sounded awkward. MOBOs must do better.
