Dave in Charge: Lib Dem peer’s grandson dubbed ‘Worst Rapper of all Time’, by the media has nearly 100,000 Youtube views in 16 days.

Dave In Charge is the name that’s taken UK hip-hop by storm in the past seven days, with his ‘Habitat’ video racking up almost 100,000 hits and coverage from every newspaper in the land. But the big question is why?

The grandson of a Lib Dem peer is following an unlikely career path, after recording a series of rap videos from his family’s plush North London home.

David Palmer – who performs under the name Dave In Charge – said he has drawn inspiration from Eminem after hearing the U.S. star’s hit The Real Slim Shady at a school disco.

Now 25, Mr Palmer, the grandson of Liberal Democrats Lord and Lady Palmer of Childs Hill, has released two tracks Habitat and Screw Valentines Day.
