Good Bye Kiss: @DJLoganSama leaves Kiss FM to focus on ‘KeepinitGrimy’
DJ Logan Sama, has parted ways with Kiss fm after a decade of bringing listeners the hottest Grime tunes every Monday via his show on the radio station.
This follows a number major changes that are taking place in radio that seem to affect urban music more than others. In 2012 legendary Reggae DJ David Rodigan parted ways with the ex-pirate station, as a result of his show being cut from two hours to one, then being scheduled even later, at midnight on a Sunday.
It is reported that DJ Logan Sama will focus on his KeepinItGrimy venture, creating grime content through this new multi-platform portal. he has been working on for a while, continuing to work he has done over the last 10 years championing great underground talent..
Speaking to Music week he said: “I have enjoyed ten years on one of the most legendary stations in British radio history. I have loved bringing the audience grime music on a weekly basis on Kiss.
“It is with regret that I have decided to part ways with the Kiss family and look for new challenges in the field of multi media content creation. I want to thank Kiss management for giving me the platform and for all of the family at Kiss for their support throughout the ten years. I am excited for the future and all of the limitless prospects and opportunities now open to me.”
We would like to wish DJ Logan Sama all the best for the future.
