Krept & Konan’s ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ remix hits World Star Hip-Hop

South London based rap-duo Krept & Konan have been going from strength -to-strength, entering the Guiness Book of Records when their ‘Young Kingz’ mixtape became ‘The highest-charting UK album by an unsigned act’, and subsequently signing to VirginEMI/Universal..

Krept & Konan’s ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ remixes have been making noise since they dropped roughly a month ago, mainly because one of the remixes features Bad Boy Entertainment’s artist French Montana.

The video for the ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ remix, which features Chip, French Montana, Wretch 32, Chinx Drugz, and Fekky hit the internet on March 1, and has reignited the excitement for the track. In a matter of days the video has found itself on Worldstar Hip-Hop, one the biggest rap related sites in the world, which is sure to give Krept & Konan great exposure, and warm Americans to UK Hip-Hop. Krept announced via Twitter that their video was now on controversial the hip-hop site, and at the time of writing this article the video had 137,186 views on YouTube, only being online for 6 days. We predict that it will reach a quarter of a million by the end of March. Will Krept & Konan be the first UK Rap act to make it big in America?
